Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour (Maida) ½ cup
- Semolina (Soji) ½ cup
- Salt (Namak) ¼ tsp
- Water (Pani) as required
Method:
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, semolina, & salt and knead with water to form a stiff dough.
Leave the dough for 20 minutes until set.
Roll the dough with the rolling pin and cut rounds with a cookie cutter.
Heat oil and add one by one round and fry till golden on both sides.
