We are
looking for a wonderful and easy-to-make meal that you can prepare beforehand.
Try these Chicken Crepes filled with chicken and fresh vegetables. They're
perfect for brunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
For Filling
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Chopped
onion ¼ cup
- Garlic paste
1 tsp
- Boneless
chicken 250 g
- Soya sauce 1
tsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Red Chili
powder ½ tbsp
- Tomato
ketchup 3 tbsp
- Chopped
carrot 1/3 cup
- Chopped
capsicum 1/3 cup
- Mayonnaise 3
tbsp
For Crepes
- All-purpose
flour 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Salt pinch
- Water as
required
- Oil for
frying as required
Method:
In a wok, add cooking oil, chopped onion, mix well & cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic paste, boneless chicken, soya sauce, salt, red chili powder, tomato ketchup, chopped carrots, and chopped capsicum mix well & cook for 5-10 minutes.
Let it cool and set aside.
Crepes Preparation
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, egg, salt, and water gradually whisk well until smooth.
Grease frying pan with oil, add ¼ cup of prepared batter, spread evenly & cook on low flame from both sides.
Take crepe, add prepared chicken filling in the middle, fold all sides & press gently.
Add oil to the frying pan and cook folded crepes from both sides until golden.
Serve and enjoy creamy chicken crepes.
