Ingredients:
- Black chickpeas (Kalay Chaney) 250g
- Boiled potatoes (Ubley Aloo) 1.5 cup
- Chopped tomatoes (Tamatar) 1/3 cup
- Chopped onion (Payaz) 1/3 cup
- Tamarind pulp (Imli) ¼ cup
- Yogurt (Dahi)4tbsp
- Chat masala 1tsp
- Salt (Namak)½ tsp
- Sugar (Cheeni) 1tsp
- Cumin powder (Zeera) ½ tsp
- Green chili and coriander leaves (Sabz Mirch,sabz dhania) (chopped)

Method:
In a large bowl, put black chickpeas, boiled potatoes, tamarind pulp, salt, chat masala, cumin powder, yogurt, chopped onion, sugar, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, and chopped tomatoes combine well.
Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.

- Aik baray bowl mai 250 gram kalay chanay, 1+ ½ cup ublay huye aloo, ¼ cup imli ka gooda, ½ tsp namak, 1 tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp pisa hua zeera, 4 tbsp dahi, 1/3 cup katy huye payaz,1 tbsp cheeni, 1 tbsp kati hui sabaz mirch, 1 tbsp sabaz dhania kata hua, aur 1/3 cup katy huye tamatar shamil ker kay achi tarha mix ker lain.
