Crispy Egg Paratha Recipe.A simple and seasoned flatbread formula made with all-purpose flour and egg. It tends to be a sound option to the customary mixed paratha for lunch and breakfast. It tends to be effortlessly presented with pickles and yogurt as it contains each important flavor in it can be presented with any green sauce.
Ingredients:
- Knead the dough
for 2 parathas
- Eggs 2
- Onion
(finely chopped)
- Green
chilies (finely chopped)
- Coriander
leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Tomato
(chopped) 1
- Cumin powder
½ tsp
- Red Chili ½
tsp
- Salt to
taste
- Ghee/oil as
required
Method:
Mix eggs, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander, chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, red chilies, and salt in a bowl.
Make the paratha and put it on the pan, then flip it over and pour half of the egg mixture on top add a little ghee and flip it over. And fry the paratha on the other side with ghee.
Make another paratha in the same way.
Serve and enjoy.
