Crispy Egg Paratha Recipe.A simple and seasoned flatbread formula made with all-purpose flour and egg. It tends to be a sound option to the customary mixed paratha for lunch and breakfast. Crispy Egg Paratha Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Knead the dough for 2 parathas
  • Eggs 2
  • Onion (finely chopped)
  • Green chilies (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Tomato (chopped) 1
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Red Chili ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee/oil as required

Method:

Mix eggs, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander, chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, red chilies, and salt in a bowl.

Make the paratha and put it on the pan, then flip it over and pour half of the egg mixture on top add a little ghee and flip it over. And fry the paratha on the other side with ghee.

Make another paratha in the same way.

Serve and enjoy.
