Ingredients:
- Mincemeat(keema) 1cup
- Garlic paste (Lehsun) 1tbsp
- Water (Pani) ½ cup
- Soya sauce 1tbsp
- Black pepper (Kali Mirch)½ tsp
- Chopped onion (Payaz)¼ cup
- Butter (Makhan) 2tbsp
- Salt (Namak) ½ tsp
- Chili flakes (Lal Mirch)½ tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 1tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
- Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) ½ cup
- Boiled elbow macaroni 2 cup
Method:
In a wok, add a butter and garlic paste and fry for five minutes.
Add mincemeat and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add salt, water, chili flakes, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, black pepper, tomato ketchup, and cook for 5 -7 minutes.
Add chopped onion, capsicum, and boiled elbow macaroni, mix well and cook for a minute.
