Ingredients:

  • Mincemeat(keema) 1cup
  • Garlic paste (Lehsun) 1tbsp
  • Water (Pani) ½ cup
  • Soya sauce 1tbsp
  • Black pepper (Kali Mirch)½ tsp
  • Chopped onion (Payaz)¼ cup
  • Butter (Makhan) 2tbsp
  • Salt (Namak) ½ tsp
  • Chili flakes (Lal Mirch)½ tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
  • Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) ½ cup
  • Boiled elbow macaroni 2 cup

Method:

In a wok, add a butter and garlic paste and fry for five minutes.

Add mincemeat and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add salt, water, chili flakes, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, black pepper, tomato ketchup, and cook for 5 -7 minutes.

Add chopped onion, capsicum, and boiled elbow macaroni, mix well and cook for a minute.

Enjoy sizzling Keema macaroni.
