This is the easiest and most traditional cooking recipe in all the Eid-ul-Adha Special. Tawa Fry Kaleji is very famous among the desi people.
Ingredients:

tomatoes ½ cup
- Ginger slice
for garnish

chilies for garnish

Method:
Add water, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and soaked mutton kaleji in a bowl and mix well for ten to fifteen minutes drain the water and cut the mutton kelji into pieces.
Now add curd, coriander, cumin, chopped red chilies, garlic, green chilies, and mutton kelji in a bowl and marinate for thirty minutes.
Then heat cooking oil in a pan and add onion and ginger garlic paste and cook a little.
Now add turmeric, chopped red chilies, coriander, cumin, and salt, and cook for two to three minutes.
Then add the marinated kelji and cook for ten to fifteen minutes.
Now add coriander, tomato, and hot spices and cook for four to five minutes.
Then smoke your dish with charcoal for two to three minutes.
Garnish with coriander, green chilies, and ginger, and serve.
