Ingredients:

  • Milk (Doodh) 2cups
  • Sugar (Cheeni) 8tbsp
  • Corn flour 4tbsp
  • Dry milk powder (Sookha Doodh) 5tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Banana sliced 1cup
  • Butter (Makhan) 1 tbsp

  • For Caramel
  • Sugar (Cheeni) ½ cup
  • Water (Pani)1/3 cup

Method:

In a saucepan, put milk, cornflour, sugar, vanilla essence, and dry milk mix well, cook on low medium flame and stir continuously no lumps persist.

When it thickens, add butter mix well, and turn off the flame.

Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes until set.

In a frying pan, add sugar and cook on low medium flame.

When its color turns like honey, add water and mix continuously.

In caramel, add sliced bananas and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour caramel bananas into vanilla custard bowl and again refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.

Serve chilled and enjoy delicious caramel banana dessert.

  • Aik saucepan mai 2 cup doodh, 4 tbsp corn flour, 8 tbsp cheeni, 1tsp vanilla essence, aur 5 tbsp khushak doodh shamil ker kay mix ker lain aur halki aanch par pakayn aur chamach hilatay jayn ta kay koi ghuthli na banay.
  • Jab ye gaarha ho jaye to is mai 1 tbsp makhan daal ker mix keraine aur cholha band ker dain.
  • Ab isko aik bowl mai daal dain aur 30-40 mins kay liye fridge mai rakh dain.
  • Ab ak frying pan mai ½ cup cheeni shamil keraine aur halki aanch par paka lain.
  • Jab iska rang shehad ki tarha ana shuru hojaye to is mai 1/3 cup paani shamil keraine aur musalsal hilatay jayn.
  • Ab is mai 1 cup katy huye kailay shamil keraine aur 3-5 mins kay liye paka lain.
  • Ab is ko fridge mai rakhy huye bowl mai oper wali satah par palat dain aur dobara 1-2 ghantay kay liye fridge mai rakh dain.
  • Thannda thanda paish keraine aur enjoy kerain.
