Ingredients:

  • Eggs (Anday) 2
  • Icing sugar (Pisi cheeni) 12tbsp
  • Oil (Tail) 4tbsp
  • All-purpose flour (Maida)1 cup
  • Salt (Namak) pinch
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Hot milk (Garam doodh)8tbsp.
  • Butter (Makhan)3tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 1tbsp
  • Melted dark chocolate 3tbsp

Method:

In a blender jug, put eggs, icing sugar, vanilla essence, and oil and blend it for a minute. Transfer the mixture into a bowl & sift all dry ingredients except cocoa powder. Share the mixture into three parts. The 1st mixture adds cocoa powder, the 2nd dark chocolate, and the 3rd vanilla batter. Take a greased and lined loaf baking pan and pour the first layer of cocoa batter, the second layer of vanilla batter, and the third layer of dark chocolate batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 C. When the Marble cake cools down, remove the butter paper and cut slices. Appreciate Chocolate marble cake.

  • Aik blender kay jug mai 2 anday, 12 tbsp cheeni, 4 tbsp tail, aur1 tsp vanilla essence shamil kerine aur 3 mins kay liye blend ker lain.
  • Ab is ameza ko aik bowl mai palat dain aur is mai 1 cup maida, 1 tsp baking powder, aur chutki namak ko chaan lain.
  • Ab 8 tbsp garam doodh lain aur us mai 3 tbsp makhan mix kerine aur isi ameza mai shamil ker dain.
  • Ab is ameza ko 3 hison mai taqseem kerine aur aik ameza mai 1 tbsp cocoa powder shamil ker kay mix keraine dosray mai 3 tbsp dark chocolate aur teesray ko vanilla hi rehny dain.

  • Ab isko 35-40 mins kay liye 180-degree par bake ker lain.
