It is for all the potato lovers out there. Here is an altered way to make your potato cutlets recipe even more perfect.
Ingredients:
- Boiled potato (Ubley Aloo) 3
- Red chili flakes (Lal Mirch) ½ tsp
- Salt (Namak) ½ tsp
- Black pepper (Kali Mirch) ½ tsp
- Bread crumbs 5tbsp
- Green chili and mint paste (Sbaz Mirch ,Podina) 1tsp
- Oregano powder ¼ tsp
- Egg 1
Method:
In a bowl, mash the potatoes add all stated ingredients and mix well.
Make cutlets heat the oil & fry cutlets till golden.
Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
