It is for all the potato lovers out there. Here is an altered way to make your potato cutlets recipe even more perfect.

Potato Cutlets


Ingredients:

  • Boiled potato (Ubley Aloo) 3
  • Red chili flakes (Lal Mirch) ½ tsp
  • Salt (Namak) ½ tsp
  • Black pepper (Kali Mirch) ½ tsp
  • Bread crumbs 5tbsp
  • Green chili and mint paste (Sbaz Mirch ,Podina) 1tsp
  • Oregano powder ¼ tsp
  • Egg 1

Method:

In a bowl, mash the potatoes add all stated ingredients and mix well.

Make cutlets heat the oil & fry cutlets till golden.

Serve with ketchup and enjoy.

URDU/HINDI RECIPE:

  • Aik bowl mai 3 ublay huye aloo ko mash ker lain,aur  is mai ½ tsp lal mirch, ½ tsp namak, ½ tsp pisi kali mirch, 5 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1 tsp sabaz mirch aur podina, aur ¼ tsp oregano powder shamil kerine aur achi tarha mix ker lain.
  • Ab is ameza kay cutlets bana lain aur anday mai dip ker kay garam tail mai fry ker lain.
  • Sunheri honay tak fry ker lain.
  • Ketchup kay sath paish kerine.
