Macaroni Chaat Recipe is a simple and easy Macaroni chana chaat recipe made with white chickpeas, macaroni, and other spices. The recipe is perfect for all age groups and is quite regularly served as a salad recipe during RAMZAN fasting. Furthermore, it is a portion of ideal street food for all the events.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled white chickpeas ½ cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Chopped tomato 3tbsp
  • Green chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion ¼ cup
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Boiled pasta 1+ ½ cup
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce ¼ tsp
  • Yogurt 1/3 cup

Method:

In a large bowl, add boiled chickpeas, boiled potatoes, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chili, chopped onion, chat masala, salt, boiled pasta, tamarind pulp, lemon juice, chili sauce, & yogurt, and mix well.

Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with chopped tomatoes and green chilies.

Serve and enjoy macaroni chaat.
