Ingredients:

  • Almond flour 4 tbsp
  • Cauliflower ½ kg
  • Chicken 200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Celery ½ tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Mushrooms as required
  • Black olives 6 to 8 
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Thyme ½ tsp

Method:

Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate it with salt, garlic, red pepper, and olive oil.

Fry the chicken in a non-stick pan on high heat until the oil separates and drain the oil.

Separate the cauliflower florets and wash them clean and put them in a chopper and chop them finely. Then put them in a muslin cloth and squeeze them well.

Dry it completely and add almond flour, salt, black pepper, four tablespoons of mozzarella cheese, and fried chicken oil and mix well. Press it into the pan.

And take it out by baking it in a preheated oven at 180C for five to seven minutes.

First, put chili garlic sauce on it then add chopped tomatoes, chicken, and olives and finally sprinkle cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, celery, and thyme and keep it in the oven for another five to seven minutes.
