Mango Tapioca Pudding Dessert Recipe

This Mango Tapioca Pudding Dessert is a new flavored dessert! This Mango Sago Pudding recipe starts to evolve, with delicious tapioca, and milk. Each detail is quite tasty on its very own, however, together they devise an accurately exquisite dessert!

Ingredients:

  • Water 2 cups
  • Tapioca ½ cup
  • For Milk
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Green cardamom 2-3
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Chopped almonds and pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Mango puree ½ cup
  • Mango cubes ½ cup

Method:

In a saucepan, add water & tapioca, and bring it to a boil.

Mix well & cook on a medium flame for 10-15 minutes or until transparent, then strain, and rinse with cold water.

Take a wok, add milk, sugar, and green cardamom, mix well, bring it to a boil, and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add chopped pistachios and almonds, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled tapioca, mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add mango puree and whisk well and turn off the flame.

When the mixture cools down, add mango cubes and give it a good mix.

Garnish with mango chunks, chopped almonds, and pistachio.

Enjoy and serve chilled.
