Ingredients:
- Beef
(boneless) half kg
- Garlic/Ginger
paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed raw
papaya 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice
4 tbsp
- Tamarind
pulp 2 tbsp
- Tomato
ketchup 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala
1 tsp
- Red Chili
flakes 1 tsp
- Ground Black
Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt as per
taste
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Mint leaves
for garnish
Method:
Add meat, garlic/ginger paste, papaya, oil, and salt in a bowl and leave for at least 5 hours.
Place marinated boneless meat on a wooden skewer, repeat this process and prepare the rest of the meat skewers.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, place the skewers on it, cover, and cook until the meat is tender.
Mix lemon juice, tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, chaat masala, red chili, and black pepper in a bowl.
Put this prepared batter on the skewers, cook until the mixture thickens, and take it out in a dish.
Garnish with mint leaves.
