Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream without Strawberries

Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream without Strawberries




Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Strawberry Custard powder 3tbsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Whipping cream 200 ml
  • Strawberry essence ¼ tsp
  • Pink food color 2 to 3 drops

Method:

In a wok, add milk and sugar mix well and bring it to a boil, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Now take a half cup of milk and 3 tbsp of strawberry custard powder, mix well, pour into the wok, stir continuously, and cook for 5-10 minutes.

When it thickens turn off the flame and the custard cools down.

In a bowl, add chilled whipping cream and beat well until the size is double and stiff peaks form.

Add strawberry essence and prepared custard mixture into a bowl and gently fold them.

Add pink food color into the mixture as per your choice.

Now pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze overnight or until set.

Remove ice cream from the freezer on the next day and transfer it to a serving plate with the help of a scooper.

Enjoy easy and tasty strawberry ice cream.
