Ingredients:
- Egg 1
- Sugar 6tbsp
- Oil 2tbsp
- Salt pinch
- All-purpose flour ½ cup
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Butter 1 ½ tbsp.
- Hot milk 4tbsp
Method:
Add oil, sugar, vanilla essence, and egg blend in a blender jar and dispense it into the bowl.
Sift all dry ingredients and mix gradually.
Take a cup, add 4 tbsps hot milk, and 1 ½ tbsp butter, and mix well.
Add the hot milk mixture into the bowl and combine well.
Pour batter into a greased and lined loaf pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes at 160 C.
When the cake cools down, remove the butter paper.
Cut the cake into slices.
Serve and Enjoy.
