Ingredients:

For condensed milk

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar ¼ cup

Rest of ingredients

  • Whipped cream 200ml
  • Mango puree ½ cup
  • Mango essence ¼ tsp
  • Yellow food color ¼ tsp
  • Mango chunks 1/3 cup

Method:

In a frying pan, add milk and sugar and cook on low medium flame.

Stir continuously and cook for 10-15 minutes.

When it thickens, turn off the flame.

Beat cream well.

Add prepared condensed milk, mango puree, mango essence, and yellow food color mix well.

Now add mango chunks and slightly fold them.

Pour this batter into an air-tight container.

Keep in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours or overnight.

Remove on the next day.

Serve and enjoy homemade mango ice cream.

URDU/HINDI RECIPE

  1. Aik frying pan mai 1 cup doodh, aur ¼ cup cheeni shamil ker kay halki aanch par pakayn.
  2. Ab isko lagatar hilatay rahyn aur 10-15 mins kay liye paka lain.
  3. Ab ye gaarha hojaye to aag band ker dain.
  4. Ab bowl mai 200 ml cream ko beat ker lain ta kay wo size mai double hojaye aur is mai tayar 1/3 cup condensened milk, ½ cup mango puree, ¼ tsp mango essence, aur ¼ tsp peela rang shamil kerine.
  5. Isky bad is mai 1/3 cup mango chunks shamil kerine.
  6. Ab is ameza ko kisi ice cream box mai palat dain aur 7-8 ghantay kay liye fridge mai rakhen ya pori rat kay liye fridge mai rakh dain.
  7. Agly din paish kerine.
  8. Mazedar mango ice cream tayar hai.
