Ingredients:
- Oil ½ cup
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla essence 1tsp
- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1tsp
- Salt pinch
Method:
In a blender jug, add oil, sugar, milk, and eggs and blend it.
In a bowl, pour the mixture, add vanilla essence, and sift all dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt) into the same bowl. And mix gently.
Take a heart shape of a 7-inch baking mold and Pour batter into the mold.
Bake for 35–40 minutes at 180 C.
Decorate the cake with icing sugar.
