Ingredients:

• Sugar 12tbsp

• Milk ½ cup and 3tbsp

• Oil ¾ cup

• Chocolate essence ½ tsp

• All-purpose flour 1 cup

• Baking powder 1 tsp

• Baking soda ¼ tsp

• Salt pinch

• Cocoa powder 3tbsp

• Vinegar 2tsp

Method:

Add sugar, milk, chocolate essence, and oil to a bowl and mix well.

In the same bowl, sieve all dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking, soda, and salt) and mix until the batter has become smooth.

Also, add vinegar and mix it into the batter.

Pour the batter into a baking mold.

In a preheated oven bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 C.

Garnish the cake with caramel sauce.
