Ingredients:
- Milk (Doodh) ½ cup
- Vinegar (Sirka) 1tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Icing sugar (Pisi cheeni) ½ cup
- Vanilla essence 1tsp
- All-purpose flour (Maida) 1 cup
- Baking powder 1tsp
- Salt (Namak) pinch
- Baking soda ¼ tsp
- Milk (Doodh) 2-3tbsp
Method:
Take a large pot, region a stand into the pot & cover it with a lid, and preheat it on medium flame until the cupcake's batter is ready to bake.
In a bowl, add milk and vinegar and leave for five minutes.
In the same bowl, add icing sugar, oil, and vanilla essence & mix well. Sift all dry ingredients and also add milk if required & combine well.
Take a scooper and fill the scoop with batter into the cupcake liners, filling them ¾ full and adding edible sprinkles.
Bake for 25-30 minutes on medium flame in the preheated pot.
Now best vanilla cupcakes are ready.
