Ingredients:

  • Basil seeds (Tukh balanga) 1 tbsp
  • Water (Pani) ½ cup
  • Butter (Makhan) 1 tsp
  • Vermicelli (Sevai) 1/3 cup
  • Milk (Doodh) 2 cups
  • Mango chunks ½ cup
  • Red rose syrup ¼ cup
  • Sugar (Cheeni) 3-4 tbsp
  • Custard powder 1tbsp & milk ½ cup

Method:

In a small bowl, add basil seeds and water, mix well, & leave for 5–10 minutes.
In a wok, add butter, vermicelli, and milk & stir continuously.
Now take a half cup of milk and custard powder, mix well and pour into the vermicelli mixture.
In serving glasses, add basil seeds, ice cubes, red rose syrup, vermicelli mixture, mango chunks, & chopped almonds.
Garnish with almonds and serve cool.

URDU/HINDI RECIPE

  • Aik chotay bowl mai 1 tbsp tukh balanga aur ½ cup pani shamil ker kay mix ker lain aur 5-10 mins kay liye chor dain.
  • Ab aik karahi mai 1 tsp makhan, 1/3 cup sevyian aur 2 cups doodh shamil ker kay paka lain aur lagatar hilatay rahyn.
  • Ab ½ cup doodh mai 1 tbsp custard powder mila ker mix ker lain aur seviyan kay ameza mmai daal dain. Aur garaha honay tak paka lain.
  • Ab khobsorat glasses mai phly tukh balanga, baraf kay tukray, uskay bad lal sharbat, tayar seviyan, aur kuch aam kay tukray dal ker falooda tayar ker lain.
  • Isky bad Katy huye badaam kay sath sajawat kerine.
  • Mazedaar thanda thanda aam ka falooda tayar ha.
