Ingredients:

  • Egg (Anday)2
  • Milk (Doodh) ¾ cup
  • Salt (Salt) ¼ tsp
  • Icing sugar (Pisi Cheeni) 1 cup
  • Melted butter (Pighla Makhan) 125g
  • All-purpose flour (Maida) 1.5 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp.
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Chocolate essence ½ tsp

Method:

In a bowl, add eggs, icing sugar, and melted butter and mix well until creamy and fluffy.
In the same bowl, sieve collectively all dry components besides cocoa powder.
Add milk into the batter and constantly fusion until no lumps persist.
Share the batter into two parts. Transfer the batter to another bowl and mix with cocoa powder.
In the vanilla batter, use vanilla essence & in the other batter use chocolate essence.
One spoon of vanilla batter into every cupcake liner and another spoon of chocolate batter one by one and repeat this process until all batters were used up, filling ¾ cupcake liners.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 C.
Serve and revel cupcakes.

  • Aik bowl mai 2 anday, 1 cup pisi cheeni, aur 125g pighla hua makhan shamil kerine aur achi tarha mix ker lain.
  • Ab usi bowl mai tamam khushak ajza (maida 1+ ½ cups, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda) ko chaan lain siwaye cocoa powder kay.
  • Ab is mai ¾ cup doodh shamil keraine aur achi tarha mix kerine ta kay koi ganth na rahy.
  • Ab isko 2 hison mai taqseem keraine aur aik hisay mai 3 tbsp cocoa powder mix kerine.
  • Vanilla kay ameza mai ½ tsp vanilla essence istamal kerine aur cocoa kay ameza mai ½ tsp chocolate essence istamal kerine.
  • Ab aik chamch bhar kay phly vanilla ameza ko istamal keraine isky baad cocoa ameza ko aur isi tarha ye amal dohrayn.
  • 20-25 mins kay liye 180-degree par bake kerine.
  • Mazedar marble cupcakes tayar hai.
