Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes Using Evaporated Milk

Ingredients:
- Icing sugar (Pisi cheeni) 1 cup
- Evaporated milk 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Melted butter (Pighla Makhan)3tbsp
- All-purpose flour (Maida) 1.5 cup
- Baking powder 1.5 tsp
- Salt (Namak) ¼ tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method:
In a bowl, add Icing sugar, egg, evaporated milk, and butter and mix well until well combined.
In the same bowl, sift all dry ingredients, and vanilla essence & mix gently.
Take a scooper and fill the scooper with batter into the cupcakes liners, filling them ¾ full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes at 180 C already preheated oven.
Vanilla cupcakes are ready to serve.

- Aik bowl mai 1 cup pisi cheeni, 1 anda, 1 cup evaporated doodh, aur 3 tbsp makhan shamil ker kay mix ker lain jab take kay sab cheezne yakjan na hojyn.
- Ab isi bowl mai 1+1/2 cup maida , 1+1/2 tsp baking powder aur 1/4 tsp namak ko chaan lain aur sath hi vanilla essence bhi shamil ker dain aur mix ker lain.
- Ab aik scooper ki madad say ameza ko cupcakes liner mai fill kerty jayn kay 3/4 hisa fill hojaye.
- Ab inko 18-20 mins kay liye 180-degree par bake ker lain.
- Mazedar cupcakes tayr hai.
