Ingredients:
For Tomato puree
- Water (Pani)1.5 cup
- Tomatoes (Tamatar) 3
For spaghettis
- Spaghetti 200g
- Water (Pani) 5 cups
- Salt (Namak) ½ tsp
- Oil (Tail) 1tsp
Rest of ingredients
- Garlic paste (Lehsun) 1tsp
- Butter (Makhan) 3tbsp
- Chicken 250g
- Salt (Namak) 1tsp
- Red chili flakes (Lal Mirch) ½ tsp
- Chopped onion (Payaz)3tbsp
- Milk (Doodh) 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese 3tbsp
- Cream ¼ cup
- Black pepper (Kali Mirch) ½ tsp
- Fresh parsley 1tsp
Method:
In a saucepan, add water and add 3 tomatoes bring it to boil for 4-5 minutes then get rid of the skin.
In a blender jug, add tomatoes and blend them to make a smooth paste-like puree.
In a wok, add water, salt, oil, and spaghetti and boiled as per the pack’s instructions.
In a wok, add garlic paste and butter mix well sauté it.
Also, add boneless chicken, red chili flakes, salt, and chopped onion, and cook for a minute until changes color.
Put tomato puree mix well cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes until water dries out.
Now add milk, cheddar cheese, black pepper, cream, and chopped parsley mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
In the end, add boiled spaghetti mix well & transfer into a serving dish.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Serve and enjoy sizzling spaghetti in a creamy pink sauce.

- Aik saucepan mai 1+ ½ cups pani aur 3 tamatar shamil keraine aur ubaal any tak 4-5 mins kay liye ubaal lain aur ubalnay kay bad tamatar ka chilka utaar lain.
- Aik blender jug mai chilka utray huye tamatar shamil ker kay blend ker lain aur puree ki tarha ka ameza tayar ker lain.
- Ab aik karahi mai 5 cups pani, ½ tsp namak, 1 tsp tail shamil ker kay pani ubaal lain aur sath hi 200g spaghetti shamil kerine aur packet par likhi hui hadyat kay mutabiq ubaal lain.
- Ab aik aur karahi mai 1 tsp pisa lehsun aur 3 tbsp makhan shamil ker kay 2-3 mins kay liye paka lain.
- Isky bad is mai hadi kay bagair 250g chicken, ½ tsp lal mirch, 1 tsp namak, aur 3 tbsp katy huye payaz, shamil ker kay us wakt tak pakyn jab tak rang tabdeel na ho.
- Ab is mai blend ki hui tamatar ki puree shamil keraine aur achi tarha mix keraine aur 10-15 mins kay liye paka lain ta kay pani khushak hojaye.
- Ab is mai 1 cup doodh, 3 tbsp cheddar cheese, ½ tsp pisi kali mirch, ¼ cup cream, aur 1 tsp katy huye parsley shamil kerine aur mix ker kay 3-4 mins kay liye paka lain.
- Ab akhir mai is mai 200g ubli hui spaghetti shamil keraine aur isko kisi dish mai daal ker paish keraine.
