Vegan Macaroni Salad




Ingredients:

  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Brown sugar(Brown cheeni) 1tsp
  • Salt(Namak) 1/4 tsp
  • Chat masala 1tsp
  • Chopped capsicum(Kati hui Shimla Mirch) ½ cup
  • Chopped tomato(Katy Huye Tamatar) ½ cup
  • Chopped onion(Kati hui payaz) ½ cup
  • Mint leaves(Podina) 1tbsp
  • Elbow macaroni 2 cups

Method:

In a wok, add 5 cups water, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp oil, and 2 cups elbow macaroni, and boil macaroni according to packet instructions.

Once boiled, transfer to a sieve, rinse with cold water, drop some cooking oil, and leave it.

Mix the tomato ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and chat masala well until combined.

Add the chopped capsicum, onion, tomato, mint leaves, and boiled pasta.

Mix gently and transfer into a serving bowl or tray.

Keep the salad in the fridge.

Serve macaroni salad chilled.

  • Aik karhai mai 5 cups pani,1/4 tsp namak,1tsp tail, aur 2 cups macaroni/pasta dal kar ubaal lain packet pay likhi hui hadayaat kay mutabik.
  • Jab macaroni ubal jaye to usko channi mai dal dain aur thanda pani oper dal lain aur sath hi kuch qatray tail kay dal kar aik taraf rakh dain.
  • Ab aik bowl mai toamato ketchup, brown cheeni, namak, aur chaat masala daal kar mix kar lain.
  • Ab isi bowl mai kati hui shimla mirch, kati payaz, katy huye tamatar, podina kay patay, aur ubla hua pasta/macaroni daal kar mazeed mix kar lain.
  • Ab tayar karda macaroni salad ko kisi bhi dish ya khobsorat bowl mai dal kar fridge mai rakh dain aur thanada thanda paish kraine.
  • Mazedaar macaroni salad tayar hai.
