This Firni Dessert is a new flavored dessert! This recipe starts evolved, with delicious rice, and milk. Each detail is quite tasty on its very own, however, together they devise an accurately exquisite dessert!

Phirni Recipe (Firni)




Ingredients:

  • Milk(Doodh) 4 cups
  • Green cardamom(Sabaz illiachi) 2-3
  • Rice(Chawal) ¼ cup
  • Water(Panni) 1/3 cup
  • Dry milk powder(Khushak doodh) 1 tbsp
  • Sugar(Cheeni) ½ cup
  • Kewra essence ¼ tsp
  • Dry fruits as required

Method:

Take a wok, put milk and green cardamom, and bring them to a boil.

In a small bowl, add rice and water, soak for 15-20 minutes, and leave it.

After 20 minutes, add rice with water in a blender jug and blend it.

Pour the blended mixture into the same bowl.

Now the blended mixture pours into the wok and stir in the middle.

Also, add sugar, dry milk powder mix well, add kewra essence for virtuous aroma and cook for 10-20 minutes on medium flame.

When it thickens, turn off the flame.

Now pour firni into the serving bowl and garnish with the required dry fruits.

Place in refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Serve chilled and enjoy the rice pudding recipe.

  • Aik karahi mai 4 cups doodh aur 2-3 sabaz illiachi daal ker ubaal lain.
  • Ab aik chotay bowl mai ¼ cup chawal aur 1/3 cup pani shamil ker kay 15-20 mins kay liye chor dain.
  • Ab 20 mins kay baad blender jug mai chawal aur pani daal ker blend ker lain.
  • Blend kia hua ameza usi bowl mai dobara daal dain.
  • Ab isi ameza ko karahi mai shamil ker dain aur sath sath hilatay rahyn.
  • Ab is mai ½ cup cheeni, 1 tbsp khushak doodh, aur ¼ tsp kewra essence shamil ker kay halki aanch par 10-20 mins kay liye paka lain.
  • Jab ameza gaarha hojaye to cholha band ker dain.
  • Isko bowl mai palat dain aur khushak fruits kay sath sajawat keraine.
  • Isky bad isko 30 mins kay liye fridge mai rakhen.
  • Thanda thanda paish keraine.
