Ingredients:
- Butter(Makhan) 1 tbsp
- Pistachio(Pista) ¼ cup
- Dates(Khajoor) 1/3 cup
- Chopped almonds(Badam) 1/3 cup
- Chopped coconut(Nariyal) 1 tbsp
- Uneven vermicelli(Seviyan) ½ cup
- Milk(Doodh) 1 liter
- Sugar(Cheeni) 1/3 cup
- Custard powder 1tbsp, Milk 1 cup
- Raisins(Kishmish) ¼ cup
Method:
In a wok, add butter, chopped pistachio, chopped almonds, chopped dates, chopped coconut, and broken vermicelli mix well, and roast them in medium flame.
Now, add milk and sugar, and cook for 5-10 minutes.
In the small cup, put custard powder and milk, mix well and pour into a wok, stir continuously until no lumps persist.
When all ingredients are well combined, add raisins and turn off the flame.
Transfer dessert into a bowl and garnish with nuts and freeze for 1 hour.
Serve chilled and enjoy.

- Aik karahi mai 1 tbsp makhan, ¼ cup katy huye pista, 1/3 cup katy huye badam, 1/3 cup kati hui khajoor, 1 tbsp kati hui nariyal, aur ½ cup tooti hui sevyian shamil ker kay halki aanch par bhoon lain.

- Ab is meethay ko bowl mai palat dain aur kuch khushak fruits kay sath garnish keraine aur 1 ghantay kay liye freezer mai rakh dain.
