This Peshawari Kheer Dessert is a new flavored dessert! This recipe starts evolved, with delicious rice, and milk. Each detail is quite tasty on its very own, however, together they devise an accurately exquisite dessert!

Peshawari Kheer Recipe




Ingredients:

  • Rice ½ cup
  • Water 1 cup, Soak for 30 mins
  • Milk 5 cups
  • Green cardamom 2-3
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Rose water ½ tsp
  • Chopped pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Chopped dates 2 tbsp

Method:

Take a small bowl, add broken rice and water, and soak for 30 minutes.

In the wok, add milk and green cardamom, and bring it to a boil.

Now add soaked rice and stir continuously and cook on medium flame.

Also, add sugar, rose water, chopped dates, and pistachio mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes.

When it thickens, turn off the flame.

Transfer mixture into the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Garnish with chopped pistachio and almonds.

Serve chilled and enjoy.

URDU/HINDI RECIPE

  • Aik chotay bowl mai ½ cup totay huye chawal, aur 1 cup panni shamil ker kay 30 mins kay liye rakh dain.
  • Ab aik karahi mai 5 cups doodh, 2-3 sabaz illiachi shamil ker kay ubaal anay tak pakayn.
  • Ab is mai bhigo kay rakhye huye chawal shamil ker dain aur lagatar chamach hilatay rahyn aur halki aanch par pakayn.
  • Ab is mai 1/3 cup cheeni, ½ tsp araq e gulab, 2 tbsp kati hui khajoor aur 2 tbsp katy huye pista shamil kerine aur 15-20 mins kay liye paka lain.
  • Ab kheer gaarhi hojaye to cholha band ker dain.
  • Ab is kheer ko aik bowl mai palat dain aur katy huye badam aur pista kay sath sajawat kerine aur 1 ghanata kay liye fridge mai rakh dain.
  • Mazedar thandi thandi peshawari kheer paish kerine.
