Ingredients:
- Basil seeds 2 tbsp
- Water 1/3 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Kewra water 1 tsp
- Chopped pistachio as required
- Chocolate syrup ¼ cup
- Boiled white noodles 1 cup
- Chocolate ice cream as per choice
Method:
In a small bowl, basil seeds and water mix well and leave for 10 minutes.
Take a saucepan, cook milk and sugar and bring it to boil until thickened.
Assembling
Take a serving glasses, and add soaked basil seeds, chocolate syrup, boiled white noodles, prepared milk, kewra water, chocolate ice cream, and garnish with chopped pistachio.
