Ingredients:
- Egg 1
- Oil 3tbsp
- Icing sugar (Pisi cheeni) ½ cup
- All-purpose flour (Maida) ½ cup
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Salt (Namak) pinch
- Cocoa powder 1.5tbsp
- Chocolate essence ½ tsp
- Milk (Doodh) 6tbsp
- Butter (Makhan) 1.5tbsp
Method:
Take a blender jug, add egg, oil, icing sugar, and chocolate essence and blend it for one minute. Transfer mixture into a bowl, sift all dry ingredients and mix gradually. In a cup, add hot milk, and butter and combine well add to the batter, & mix well. Transfer the batter to greased and lined 7-inch baking mold. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C. Cut slices and enjoy.
