Ingredients:

  • Eggs 3
  • Icing sugar (Pisi cheeni) 8tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • All-purpose flour (Maida) 1cup
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Milk (Doodh) 3tbsp
  • Tutti frutti 2tbsp & Flour 1tbsp

Method:

In a bowl, add eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla essence and mix well until creamy and fluffy.

In the same bowl, sift all dry components and also add milk, and integrate well.

In another small bowl, mix tutti frutti with all-purpose flour & add them to the batter.

Pour batter into a greased and lined 7-inch loaf baking mold.

Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 C.

Cut cake into slices.

Serve and enjoy.
