Khoya Badam Kulfi. The recipe is the last manual to create Malai Kulfi tastes quite delicious. Try this out!
Ingredients:
- Milk (Doodh) 3 cups
- Sugar (Cheeni) 5tbsp
- Green cardamom (Sabz illiachi) 2-3
- Chopped almonds (Badaam) ¼ cup
- Khoya (Mawa) 1 cup
Method:
In a wok, put milk, green cardamom, and sugar mix well & bring it to a boil.
Scrape the sides on low medium flame & stir nonstop.
Add chopped almonds & khoya and mix well until 1/third component is determined. Leave it for ten minutes.
Pour kulfi aggregate into kulfi mold and keep in the freezer overnight.
Garnish with chopped almonds & revel.
URDU/HINDI RECIPE
- Aik karahi mai 3 cups doodh, 2-3 sabaz illiach, aur 5 tbsp cheeni ko mix kerine aur ubaal any tak pakyn.
- Is ko halki aanch par pakana ha aur jo balai bany gi usko side pay iktha kerty jayn.
- Ab is mai ¼ cup katy huye badam, aur 1 cup khoya shamil kerine aur us wakt tak pakyn jab 1/3 hisa reh jaye.
- Ab isko thanda honay kay liye 10 mins kay liye chor dain.
- Ab is ameza ko kulfi kay sanchay mai bharine aur rat bhar kay liye fridge mai rakh dain.
- Agly din jab kulfi ko nikalyne to badam kay sath sajawat kerine.
