Ingredients:
- Milk (Doodh) 1 liter
- Sugar (Cheeni) 1/3 cup
- Ghee/butter (Makhan) 2tbsp
- Vermicelli (Sevai)½ cup
- Green Cardamom (Sabz illiachi)2-3
- Chopped pistachio (Pista) ¼ cup
- Chopped almond (Badaam) ¼ cup
- Chopped dates (Khajoor)¼ cup
Method:
In a wok, add butter/ghee, chopped dates, chopped pistachio, chopped almonds, and uneven vermicelli sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Also, add milk, sugar, green cardamom and stir continuously until the milk is thick.
Transfer into the serving bowl and garnish with almonds.
Revel and serve it.
URDU/HINDI RECIPE
- Aik karahi mai 2 tbsp makhan, 1/4 cup kati hui khajoor, 1/4 cup kata hua pista, 1/4 cup katy huye badam aur 1/2 cup tooti hui seviyan ko 3-5 mins kay liye paka lain.
- Ab is mai 1 liter doodh, 1/3 cup cheeni, aur 2-3 sabaz illiachi shamil ker kay paka lain aur gaarha honay tak paka lain.
- Ab isko bowl mai palat dain aur katy huye badam kay sath sajawat kerine.
- Mazedar sheer khurma tayar ha.
