Pomegranate Raita Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Boiled potato (Ubley Aloo) ½ cup
  • Pomegranate pearls (Anaar k danay) ½ cup
  • Yogurt (Dahi) 1 cup
  • Black pepper (Kali Mirch) ¼ tsp
  • Chat masala ¼ tsp
  • Salt (Namak)¼ tsp
  • Chopped black olives (Kalay zaitoon) 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves and green chili (Sbaz dhania, Sabz Mirch)(chopped) ½ tsp

Method:

In a bowl, add ½ cup boiled potato, ½ cup pomegranate pearls, 1 cup yogurt, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp chat masala, ¼ tsp salt, 1tsp chopped black olives, and ½ tsp coriander leaves and green chili & mix well.

Serve chilled and enjoy.

URDU/HINDI RECIPE

  • Aik baray bowl mai ½ cup ublay huye aloo, ½ cup anaar ka danay, 1 cup dahi, ¼ tsp pisi kali mirch, ¼ tsp chat masala, ¼ tsp namak, 1 tsp katy huye kalay zaitoon, aur ½ tsp sabaz dhania aur sabaz mirch shamil kerine aur achi tarha mix ker lain.
  • Thanda thanda paish kerine.
