Pomegranate Raita is a clean and fruity complement made with yogurt, pomegranate pearls, inexperienced chili, boiled potato, and some spices? Serve this raita as an aspect dish with your regular mealtime or as a dip.
Ingredients:
- Boiled potato (Ubley Aloo) ½ cup
- Pomegranate pearls (Anaar k danay) ½ cup
- Yogurt (Dahi) 1 cup
- Black pepper (Kali Mirch) ¼ tsp
- Chat masala ¼ tsp
- Salt (Namak)¼ tsp
- Chopped black olives (Kalay zaitoon) 1tsp
- Coriander leaves and green chili (Sbaz dhania, Sabz Mirch)(chopped) ½ tsp
Method:
In a bowl, add ½ cup boiled potato, ½ cup pomegranate pearls, 1 cup yogurt, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp chat masala, ¼ tsp salt, 1tsp chopped black olives, and ½ tsp coriander leaves and green chili & mix well.
Serve chilled and enjoy.
