Ingredients:
- Courgette (Ghia tori) 250g
- Egg (Anda) 1
- Corn flour 2tbsp
- Chopped onion (Payaz) 1/3 cup
- Salt (Namak) 1tsp
- Black pepper (Kali Mirch) 1tsp
- Oil for frying 1.5cup
- Bread crumbs 3tbsp
Method:
In a bowl, wash the courgette and grate it, add chopped onion, and salt mix well & squeeze extra water.
In the same bowl, add salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, corn flour, and egg & combine well.
Heat the oil and make pakoras and fry till golden.
Serve with ketchup and enjoy pakoras.
