Ingredients:

  • Garlic paste (Lehsun)1.5tbsp
  • Oil (Tail) 3-4tbsp
  • Red chili flakes (Lal Mirch)1tsp
  • Salt  (Namak)½ tsp
  • Carrot (Gajjar)(chopped) 1/3 cup
  • Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)(chopped)1/3 cup
  • Sugar (Cheeni)½ tsp
  • Chili sauce 2tsp
  • Oregano powder ½ tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1/3 cup
  • Boiled pasta 2 cups

Method:

In a wok, add garlic paste and oil, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add red chili flakes, salt, sauce, sugar, and tomato ketchup, and cook for 5-10 minutes.

When it cooks, add capsicum, carrot, and oregano powder, & add water if required, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In the last add boiled pasta & mix well.

Pour in a platter and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve and enjoy scorching red sauce pasta.

  • Aik karahi mai 1+ ½ tbsp pisa hua lehsun aur 3- 4 tbsp tail shamil keraine aur 2-3 mins kay liye paka lain.
  • Ab is main 1 tsp lal mirch, ½ tsp namak, 2 tsp chili sauce, ½ tsp oregano powder, ½ tsp cheeni, aur 1/3 cup tomato ketchup shamil ker kay 5-10 mins kay liye mazeed paka lain.
  • Jab ye pak jaye to is mai kati hui 1/3 cup Shimla mirch, 1/3 cup kati hui gajar, aur zarorat kay mutabiq pani shamil ker kay 2-3 mins kay liye paka lain.
  • Ab akhir mai 2 cups ubla hua pasta shamil keraine aur achi tarha mix ker lain.
  • Ab isko aik dish ya platter mai paish kerine aur sabaz dhania kay sath sajawat keraine.
  • Mazedaar red sauce pasta tayar hai.
