Ingredients:
- All-purpose
flour (Maida)1 cup
- Baking
powder ½ tsp
- Baking soda (Meetha soda) ¼ tsp
- Sugar (Cheeni) 5tbsp
- Oil (Tail)2tbsp
- Orange juice (Sangtra rus) ¾ cup
- Orange essence
¼ tsp
Method:
In a bowl, put sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, orange essence, oil, and orange juice whisk well, and make a smooth batter.
In the frying pan, put ½ tsp oil and fill ¼ cup of batter pour into the frying pan for each pancake.
When bubbles come to appear on top and the edges become dry, flip the pancakes and cook until the flip side is light brown and make them one by one.
Place them in a serving dish and garnish them with honey and orange slices.
Serve and enjoy eggless orange pancakes.

- Aik baray bowl mai, 1 cup maida, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp meetha soda, ko chaan lain aur sath hi 5 tbsp cheeni, 2 tbsp tail, ¼ tsp orange essence, ¾ cup malta(sangtra) ka ras shamil keraine, mix keraine aur ameza tayar ker lain.
- Ab aik frying pan mai ½ tsp tail laga lain aur halki aanch par garam ker lain aur ¼ cup ameza bhar lain aur garam frying pan mai palat dain.
- Ab bulbulay anay lagyn aur kinaray khushak honay lag jayn to palat dain aur us wakt tak pakyn jab tak raung sunheri na hojaye aur aik kay bad aik isi tarha pakatay jayn.
- Ab inko eik dish mai rakyn aur shehad(honey) aur maltay kay slice kay sath sajawat kerine.
- Mazedaar orange pancakes tayar hai.
