Ingredients:
- Oil (Tail) 1tsp

- Peas (Matar)

- Mint leaves
(Podina) 1tbsp
- Coriander
leaves (Dhania) 1tbsp
- Green chili
(Sabz Mirch) 1tbsp
- Shredded
chicken(optional) ½ cup
- Oregano
powder ½ tsp
- Chat masala ½
tsp
- Gram masala ½
tsp
- Salt(Namak)
1tsp
- Red chili
flakes (Lal Mirch) 1tsp
- Lemon juice
(Lemo ka rus) 1tsp
- Bread crumbs

- All-purpose
flour (Maida) ¼ cup
- Water (Pani)as
required
- Bread crumb
for coating ½ cup
- Oil for
frying 1+1/2 cup
Method:
In a frying pan, put oil, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, and peas, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add salt, red chili flakes, shredded chicken(optional), water 2tbsp stir well, and cook for 5 minutes. In a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mashed them. Now, add oregano powder, chat masala, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chili, lemon juice, and bread crumbs, and mix well. In a small bowl, add all-purpose flour, and the required water, and continuously mix well until no lumps persist. Take a kabab mixture and make the desired shape kabab, dip it into the prepared batter, and coat it in bread crumbs. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the kabab until golden color comes on both sides.
URDU/HINDI RECIPE
- Aik fry pan mai 1 tsp tail, ½ tsp pisi hui adrak, 1/3 cup kati hui shimla mirch, ¼ cup katy huye payaz, 1/3 cup gajar, aur 1/ cup matar daal ker mix ker lain aur 2-3 mins kay liye paka lain.
- Ab is mai 1 tsp namak, 1 tsp lal mirch, ½ cup ubla hua chicken kay reshay, aur 2 tbsp pani daal ker 5 mins kay liye paka lain.
- Ab aik bowl mai 2 baray size kay ublay huye aloo lain aur unhy mash ker lain.
- Ab isi bowl mai ½ tsp oregano powder, ½ tsp chat masala, ½ tsp gram masala, 1 tbsp. kati hui dhania, 1 tbsp podina, 1 tbsp kati hui sabaz mirch, 1 tsp lemo ka ras, aur ¼ cup bread crumbs ko mix ker lain.
- Ab aik chotay bowl mai ¼ cup maida, aur pani daal ker mix ker lain aur aik ameza bana lain.
- Isky bad kabab bananay kay liye thora sa ameza lain aur kabab ki shakal bana lain ya apni pasand ki shakal kay kabab bana lain aur maida say bany huye ameeza mai dip ker kay bread crumbs mai coat ker lain.
- Ab aik frying pan mai 1+ ½ cup tail garam kerine aur kababs ko dono sides say sunheri honay tak fry kerty jayn.
- Ketchup aur sabaz chutney kay sath paish keraine.
