The Potato Chips Pakora Recipe is a quick and easy Evening Snack Recipe. Also, known as Aloo Pakoda, these are popular during Ramadan and Tea-time snacks made with potato slices, gram flour, and spices. Crispy Potato Pakora is rare but is quite general on the streets in our country.

Aloo Pakora





Ingredients:

  • Gram flour (Besan) 1 cup
  • Salt (Namak) 1tsp
  • Red chili powder (Lal Mirch) 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds (Zeera) ½ tsp
  • Coriander seeds (Dhania) ½ tsp
  • Kasuri methi ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves (Sabz dhania) 1tsp
  • Water (Pani) as required
  • Potatoes (Aloo) (Round shape slices) 250g

Method:

In a large bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and Kasuri methi, mix with the required water and make a smooth batter.

Now, wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into round shape slices.

Heat the oil in a wok, dip potato slices into the prepared batter, and fry them in preheated oil till golden from both sides.

Transfer into a serving dish and serve with mint chutney & ketchup.

Enjoy spicy and crispy Aloo Pakora.

  • Pakoron ko dish mai rakhty jayn aur tomato ketchup aur podina wali sabaz chutney kay sath paish karaine.
