Ingredients:

  • Milk ( Doodh) 2 cup
  • Sugar ( Cheeni) 5tbsp
  • Custard Powder 1tbsp, Milk ½ cup
  • Colorful Vermicelli (Rangeen seviyan) ½ cup
  • Green Cardamom (Sabz illaichi) 2-3
  • Chopped Almonds+Raisins (Badam,kishmish) ¼ cup

Method:

Take a wok, add milk, green cardamom, and colorful Vermicelli, and bring it to a boil.
Now, take half a cup of milk and custard powder and dissolve it in, pour milk into the vermicelli mixture, and stir continuously.
Add sugar, chopped almonds, and raisins, cook for 10–15 minutes and turn off the flame.
Transfer the vermicelli mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped almonds.
Keep in refrigerate for one hour.
Serve and enjoy.
