Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour (Maida) 1 cup
  • Oil (Tail) 2tbsp
  • Salt (Namak) ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper (Kali Mirch) ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves (Dhania) 1tbsp
  • Mint leaves (Podina) 1tbsp
  • Garlic paste (Lehsun) 1tbsp
  • Water (Pani) 1+ ¼ cup

Method:

In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, & water gradually and mix well.

Now, add garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves, & oil and mix well.

In a nonstick frying pan, add some oil & pour 1/3 cup of batter into the frying pan.

When the bubbles come to appear on the upper side and edge dry, flip it and apply some oil on both sides cook, until golden.

Serve with green sauce, yogurt, and pickle.

URDU RECIPE

  • Aik bowl mai 1 cup maida, ¼ tsp namak, ½ tsp pisi kali mirch shamil keraine aur 1 + ¼ cup pani kay sath mix ker lain.
  • Ab is mai 1 tbsp pisa hua lehsun, 1 tbsp kata hua sabaz dhania, 1 tbsp podina kay patay, aur2 tbsp tail shamil ker dain aur ek ameza tayar ker lain.
  • Ab ak nonstick frying pan lain usko halki aanch par garam ker lain.
  • Phr us mai thora sa tail lagayn aur 1/3 cup ameza say bhar ker frying pan mai palat dain. Jab bulbulay nazar any lagyn aur kinaray khushak honay lagyn to thora sa tail laga kar side palat dain aur sunheri honay tak pakyn.
  • Jab sab parathay tayr hojayn to sabaz chutney, dahi, aur achaar kay sath paish karaine.
