White Chocolate Cake




Ingredients:

  • Eggs(Anday) 2
  • Icing sugar(Pisi cheeni) ¾ cup
  • Oil(Tail) 7tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • All-purpose flour(Maida) 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Salt(Namak) pinch
  • Hot milk(Gram doodh) 8tbsp
  • White chocolate(Sufaid chocolate) ¼ cup

For Ganache

  • Cream(Blai) 3tbsp
  • White chocolate(Sufaid chocolate) 1/3 cup

Method:

In a blender jug, add eggs, icing sugar, oil, and vanilla essence, and blend it for a minute.
Now, pour the blended mixture into the bowl and sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix gently.
In a saucepan, heat the milk and put the white chocolate mix well. Pour into the mixture and make a smooth batter.
Transfer batter into a 6-inch greased and lined round baking pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 C.
In a small bowl, add 1/3 white chocolate and 3 tbsp cream and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
When the cake cools down, remove the butter paper, pour white chocolate ganache on top, and spread evenly.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.

  • Ab is ameza ko kisi bowl mai palat dain aur sath is mai 1 cup maida, 1tsp baking powder, aur ek chutki namak ko chaan lain.
  • Ab aik saucepan mai 8tbsp doodh aur ¼ cup sufaid chocolate ko garam karaine aur bowl mai tayar ameza mai shamil ker dain aur sab cheezon ko mix ker dain ta kay wo yakjan hojyn.
  • Ab isi ameza ko tail aur butter paper say tayar shuda baking sanchay mai dal dain.
  • Aur cake ko 35-40 mins kay liye 180-degree par bake ker lain.
  • Ab aik chotay bowl mai 1/3 cup sufaid chocolate, aur 3tbsp balai(cream) shamil ker kay 2-3 mins kay liye microwave mai garam karaine.
  • Jab cake bake hony kay bad thanda hojaye to butter paper ko hata dain aur cake ki oper wali satha par sufaid chocolate ganache ko undail dain ta kay sab jaga yaksan ho.
  • Ab is par sajawat kay liye taza strawberries ka istamal keraine aur tanawal farmayn.
