Almonds Custard Sharbat




Ingredients:

  • Milk(Doodh) 4 cups
  • Green cardamom(Sabaz illiachi) 2-3
  • Sugar(Cheeni) 8-10 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds(Katy Huye badaam) ¼ cup
  • Custard powder 2tbsp
  • Milk(Doodh) ½ cup
  • Ice cubes(Baraf) as required
  • Basil seeds(Tukh balanga) 2tbsp
  • Water(Paani) ¼ cup

Method:

Add basil seeds and water to a small bowl, mix well, and leave it for 15 minutes.

In a wok, add milk, green cardamom, sugar, and chopped almonds mix well, and bring it to a boil on low medium flame.

Now, take half a cup of milk and 2 tbsp custard powder, mix well and pour into the milk mixture and stir continuously so no lumps persist.

When it thickens, please turn off the flame, and let it cool.

When it cools down, add soaked basil seeds and mix well.

Now in serving glasses, add ice cubes and pour prepared almond milk.

Garnish with chopped almonds.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
