Lobia Chaat Recipe





Ingredients:

  • Boiled red kidney beans (Lal lobia) 1 cup
  • Chopped Bananas 1 cup
  • Boiled white chickpeas (Sufaid chanay) ½ cup
  • Chat masala 1tsp
  • Boiled potatoes (Ublay aloo) ½ cup
  • Salt (Namak) ½ tsp
  • Brown sugar (Cheeni) 3tbsp
  • Yogurt (Dahi) 2 cups

Method:

Take a large bowl, and add boiled red kidney beans, boiled white chickpeas, boiled potatoes, chopped bananas, chat masala, salt, brown sugar, and 2 cups of yogurt.

Make sure to mix well all ingredients.

Place in fridge for 30-40 minutes.

Serve chilled and enjoy delicious creamy lobia chat.

URDU RECIPE

  • Aik baray bowl mai 1 cup ubla hua lal lobia, ½ cup ublay huye sufaid chanay, ½ cup ublay huye aloo, 1 cup katy huye kailay, 1tsp chat masala, ½ tsp namak, 3tbsp brown sugar, aur 2 cups dahi daal dain.
  • Ab tamam ajza ko boht achi tarha mix ker lain.
  • Isky bad chat ko 30-40 mins kay liye fridge mai rakh dain.
  • Thandi thandi lobia chat paish kraine aur mazy lay kar kahayn.
