Chicken White Sauce Cutlets




Ingredients:

  • Butter(Makhan) 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste(Lehsun paste) 1 tsp
  • Onion(Payaz) ¼ cup
  • Capsicum(Shimla mirch) 1/3 cup
  • Salt(Namak) ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper(Pisi kali mirch) ½ tsp

For the White Sauce

  • Butter(Makhan) 2 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour(Maida) 3 tbsp
  • Milk(Doodh) 2 cups
  • Salt(Namak) ½ tsp
  • Black pepper(Pisi kali mirch) ½ tsp
  • Shredded chicken(Ubla aur resha hua chicken) 250g
  • Oregano powder ¼ tsp

For Coating

  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 1/3 cup

Method:

In a wok, add butter and garlic paste, and cook for 2–3 minutes also add chopped onion until the onions are transparent then add chopped capsicum, salt, and black pepper, mix well, and transfer to a plate.

Now in the same wok, add butter and all-purpose flour, and sauté on low flame until the aroma of flour comes.

Add milk into it and keep stirring continuously till thick also add shredded chicken, salt, black pepper, and oregano powder.

Also, add the prepared capsicum and onion mixture, mix well, set aside, and leave the mixture to chill.

When the mixture cools down, shape it into kababs/cutlets, dip it into beaten eggs, and roll it into bread crumbs.

Fry in preheated oil till both sides are golden.

Transfer into a serving dish and serve with tomato ketchup.

  • Aik karahai mai 2 tbsp makhan ko garam keraine aur sath hi 1 tsp lehsun paste b shamil ker dain aur 2-3 mins kay liye paka lain.
  • Isky bad is mai ¼ cup kati hui payaz shamil keraine aur naram hony tak paka lain aur sath hi 1/3 cup kati hui Shimla mirch, ¼ tsp namak, aur ½ tsp pisi kali mirch bhi shamil ker dain aur achi trha mix ker lain.
  • Ab isko kisi plate mai daal ker ak tarf rakh dain.
  • Isky bad usi karahi mai dobara 2 tbsp makhan ko garam keraine aur sath hi 3 tbsp maida ko shamil keraine aur us waqt tak pakyn jab achi si maida ki khushboo any lagy.
  • Ab is mai 2 cups doodh shamil keraine aur lagatar hilatay rahyn aur sath hi 250g resha kia hua chicken,1/2 tsp pisi kali mirch, ½ tsp namak aur Shimla mirch ka ameza daal dain aur khushak honay tak paka lain.
  • Ab khushak hojaye to isko thanda honay kay liye rakh dain aur jab thanda hojaye to isky kabab bana lain aur 2 anday mai dibo kay 1/3 cup breadcrumbs mai coat ker kay garam tail mai fry kerty jayn.
  • Dono taraf say sunheri honay tak fry keraine.
  • Tomato ketchup kay sath paish keraine.
  • Mazedaar white sauce cutlets tayar hai.
