Ingredients:

  • Egg 1
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Melted butter 3 tbsp
  • Chocolate essence ½ tsp
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Cocoa powder ¼ cup
  • Milk 1 cup

Method:

Take a bowl, add sugar, egg, melted butter, & chocolate essence, and whisk well all the ingredients.

Now, sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and milk, mix well and make a smooth batter.

In the frying pan, fill ¼ cup of mixture and pour into the frying pan for each chocolate pancake.

When bubbles appear on top and edges become dry, flip the pancakes and cook until the flip side is light brown and make them one by one.

Place them on a serving dish and garnish with powdered sugar and some cherries.

Serve and enjoy chocolate pancakes.
