Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Oreo Cookies 7-8
- Crushed cookies 4-5
- Cream ½ cup
Method:
In a saucepan, add milk and sugar, cook for 5-10 minutes, and bring it to a boil.
Add crushed Oreo cookies and stir continuously until thickened.
Transfer mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add cream into the mixture, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
When the mixture is chilled beat well until the cream size is double.
Add crushed cookies and fold gently.
Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for 7 hours or overnight.
Remove ice cream from the freezer the following day and transfer it into serving cups with the help of a scooper.
Garnish with Oreo cookies.
Serve and enjoy Oreo ice cream with Oreo biscuit pieces.
