Ingredients:

  • Apples 2
  • Dates 10
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Ice cubes as required

Method:

In a blender jug, add chopped apple, chopped dates, sugar, and milk and blend it for 5-8 minutes.

In serving glasses, add ice cubes and pour the milkshake.
