Bakery Marble Cookies

These Bakery Style Marble Cookies treat is a cross between delicate sugar cookies and cocoa powder. They are arranged, with improved chocolate, giving them a chocolaty consistency, yet rich and sweet like a chocolaty treat.

Ingredients:

  • Ghee/butter 1/3 cup
  • Powdered sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 1+ ½ tbsp

Method:


In a mixing bowl, add ghee/butter and powdered sugar and whisk until light and fluffy.

 

Add vanilla essence, all-purpose flour and milk mix well and knead a dough.

 

Now, split the dough into two equal parts. Transfer the dough to another bowl and mix it with cocoa powder.

 

Make small balls out of it take one plain ball, and one chocolate ball make it into one marbled ball press it with your hand, and place them into a baking tray.

 

Bake for 10-12 Minutes at 180 C.

 

When the cookies cool down transfer them into a serving dish or airtight jar.

Serve and enjoy.
