Vermicelli fruit custard recipe / Vermicelli dessert




Ingredients:

  • Milk 5 cups
  • Green Cardamom 2-3
  • Colored Vermicelli 1/3 cup
  • Sugar 1/3 cup + 3 tbsp
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Vanilla Custard Powder 2tbsp
  • Apple (chopped) 1/3 cup
  • Pomegranate pearls 1/3 cup
  • Bananas (chopped) 1/3 cup

Method:

Take a wok, add milk, green cardamom, and colored vermicelli mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes.

When the vermicelli softens, add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Mix milk and custard powder into a cup, add the custard mixture to the vermicelli milk, and cook until it dissolves and no lumps persist.

When the vermicelli mixture thickens, turn off the flame.

And leave for cooling for 5-10 minutes at room temperature.

When cool custard mixture adds chopped apples, pomegranate pearls, and chopped bananas and mix well.

Pour into a serving bowl, garnish with pomegranate pearls and let it get chilled in the refrigerator.
