Besan Aur Suji Ka Halwa Without Milk



Ingredients:

  • Gram Flour (Besan) ½ cup
  • Semolina (Suji) ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee/Butter ½ cup
  • Green Cardamom 2-3
  • Yellow food color optional
  • Hot water 3 + ½ cups
  • Chopped almonds 2 tbsp

Method:

In a nonstick wok, heat ghee/butter, add green cardamom, semolina, and gram flour, and sauté on low flame for 10-15 minutes and stirring continuously.

When the semolina and gram flour cook well and have a great aroma, add sugar and yellow food color (optional) and hot water and stir.

Cook on low flame until ghee/butter separates.

Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with chopped almonds and whatever you like the most.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
